1. How do I place an order?

Create an account if you are a new customer. Existing customers may log in using their registered account.

Browse our collections, click Add to Cart on your selected item, and proceed to checkout. Complete your payment within the given time to secure your order.

2. Are all items on the website on-hand?

Yes. All listed items are updated based on availability. If an item is marked Sold Out, it is no longer available.

For items sold as sets, customers who wish to request a break set may send us a private message to check availability.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

• GCash
• Maya
• Bank Transfer (Maribank, GoTyme, UnionBank)

4. What is the payment process?

You have 5 minutes to complete your payment and upload a screenshot of your proof of payment before checkout expires.

Once submitted, we will verify your payment. A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been approved. After confirmation, your order will be packed and shipped according to your selected shipping option.

5. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and chosen courier.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

All orders are strictly non-cancellable once checked out.

Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. If you wish to purchase additional items, you must place a separate order.

You may contact us to request combined shipping (if your previous order has not yet been shipped) so you will only pay for one shipment.

After checkout, only the shipping method may be modified.

7. Are your items authentic?

Yes. All collectibles are guaranteed authentic and carefully curated.

8. What if my item arrives damaged?

Before shipment, we provide photo or video proof of your order to ensure its condition and completeness. All items are securely packed prior to shipping.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, any damage incurred during transit is beyond our responsibility. The shipping company is responsible for such cases.

Strictly no refunds will be issued for damages caused during shipping.

We strongly recommend adding a protector during checkout to help minimize the risk of damage.
